"Things are going to get crazy in two weeks. Are you ready?"

Today was a regular day. I came in at 1 to continue working on the BW graphics, and left at 5 for a meeting at school. Chris didn't have any special wisdom to impart on me, but I always feel like his lessons are reinforced by the things I see around me everyday.

Now that Chris has me critically analyzing marketing schemes and advertising, I notice things like color, tone, shape, audience, and message and form a critical opinion of whatever it is that I am looking at. Chris told me last week that I needed to start paying attention to political ad campaigns because they are one of the cheapest and sliest forms of marketing out there, and he was right. I started listening to campaign ads on the radio stations, and I've formed very critical opinions of the opponents.

Chris came over to check on me. "Well, I got the call. The money is officially coming through in June. Things are going to get crazy in two weeks. Are you ready?"

SO EXCITED! Not only does this mean that we will be going non-stop with our new project, but that I will no longer be toiling in the pains of marketing for free!

Did I say toiling in the pains? I meant, discovering the wonders!

However, I am the kind of person that likes to finish what I start, so I am hoping to finish working on these graphics soon, because if I don't finish them and then we start with MG, I'm going to make myself crazy knowing that they aren't finished, so that is my goal for tomorrow and Friday.

Wish me luck...

...I'll need it!
